We strive for coffee perfection, so if you have any concerns about your coffee...feel free to to contact us. We included a network site to start a conversation in our Forum site. Our objective is to create a small community of people of the same interest.
A: We ship our coffee the next business day after you placed your order and payments have been processed because we are committed to the freshness of our coffee. We ship within the continental USA ONLY via USPS Priority Mail which usually takes 2-5 days. FOR PICK-UPs, please email us first if pick-up is available at your area before purchasing an item. Send us an email at support@blarneystonecafe.com. You will have the option to choose PICK-UP under the shipping dropdown menu when you check-out. All orders are processed securely via PAYPAL ONLY. If you do not have an account with PayPal, you can still pay via PayPal with your credit card. We will only process orders from USA customers only with valid USA Shipping address. No PO Box address is accepted. All orders include a tracking number which you will receive in email once your order has been processed and shipped.
A: All SALES are final/ We do not accept returns.
Q: How do I join the forum site?
A: The forum site is hosted via Ning network and is a free site. You can open an account and customize your profile in the website and join our Forum discussion. We have plenty of room in our forum site, so come along and join us!
A: Our website was designed by 3mpStudio. Our Forum and Blog are hosted free with Yola.com and Ning.com. Because of this set-up, we can offer you the best coffee to our taste without putting a hole in your pocket. All artworks used in this website are copyrighted and cannot be used or reproduced without permission from the artist, Chie Carroll. Our products page is powered by Windows Office Live.Payments are processed through encrypted PayPal transactions. You will be directed to PayPal site to complete your payment whether you have a PayPal account or do not have a PayPal account. If you are having problem with your check-out, feel free to contact us.
